Registration information
EAMT 2024 will be mostly an in-person event. However, like in EAMT 2023, we have also have a hybrid light option for participating, but not presenting.
The on-site conference fee covers the following:
Participation in the main conference
Participation in the workshop and/or tutorial of your choice (but you still need to enroll in it during the registration process)
The ZOO Digital event at the National Video Game Museum (23/06/2024), the Welcome Reception at the Winter Gardens (24/06/2024) and the Conference Dinner at Kelham Island Museum (25/06/2024)
Lunches and coffee breaks for the main conference and workshop & tutorial days

The hybrid light experience covers the following:
Access to a live stream of all presentations of the main conference + the possibility to ask questions via chat
Access to recordings of the presentations for the 14 days that follow the conference
Access to recordings of short, pre-recorded presentations by each poster holder about their poster for the 14 days following the conference
Please note that hybrid light only includes access to the main conference, not workshops or tutorials.

Author registration
At least one author of each paper accepted to appear in the proceedings of the main conference needs to register at the standard in-person rate (i.e. not as a student) by May 15th. Authors of workshop papers need to register by the early bird deadline, i.e. May 28th.
EAMT membership (including AMTA and AAMT)
In order to use the discounted EAMT membership rate, participants need to have renewed their membership or become new members in 2024. For membership opportunities, please check the EAMT website.
Members of the other regional associations of the IAMT (AMTA and AAMT) are also eligible for this discount.
Visas
If you need a visa to travel to the UK and would like a letter to support your application, please contact eamt2024@gmail.com after registering with the following information:

In the body of the e-mail add your name (as it appear in your passport), passport number, address and affiliation/place of work.
If you are presenting a paper at the conference (or workshops) please add the paper title.

Student registration
To qualify for the student rate, a person must be taking a full-time program of an undergraduate, masters or PhD-level course at a Higher Education Institution.
